I highly recommend Lucy's business! She was fantastic with our 2 cats (one of them is particulary hard work) whilst we were away. Friendly and professional service with very good rates. If you can't decide between a cattery and home visits - definitely recommend leaving your cats at their home environment whilst a professional visits them.

Lucy has been looking after my puppy since he was 3 months and has built a good rapport with him and I have always come home to a happy and relaxed dog.
I like that while she is doing her home visit, she keeps me informed of how my dog is and sends me photos. I definitely recommend her as Lucy is reliable, fair, genuine, professional, able to connect and understand animals well.

Lucy was absolutely fantastic at looking after our two cats while we were on holiday for a week. She sent frequent updates and lovely pictures of them playing with her - they got great exercise chasing their favourite toy, the laser! They were both happy and relaxed on our return. Lucy was very professional in terms of the information she gave us and requested when meeting the cats before we left, and we will certainly be using her pet sitting service again. Highly recommended.

Lucy looked after my two fur babies when I went away for a long weekend. I'd never left them before so was particularly apprehensive.
When I met Lucy, she was very friendly, and took time to show me references, her qualifications in animal first aid, and her CRB checks. I immediately knew that my two cats would be in the very best of hands! Her loves of animals shines through her soul, and nothing was too much trouble. I'm a worrier and Lucy took time to send me pictures and updates of how they were getting on.
She even cleared up the half mutilated presents that were dragged through the cat flap.
You can be sure that she will not just fly in and out of your house either. She takes some time to give your pets a big fuss if they will let her.
I would use Lucy again in a heartbeat, and recommend Lucy @ Pet Pawfection 100%.

Lucy has looked after my cat, Tiggs, several times now and I cannot praise her enough! Tiggs loves her and her is a truly caring person, she sends me daily updates and pictures when I am away which totally puts my mind at rest. She goes over and beyond her care of Tiggs and I highly recommend her to anyone! Wouldn't leave my Tiggs with anyone else!
